How it is funded
The money, up front
Arco does not charge you. If you decide to open a live account with HFM through our links, HFM may compensate Arco. That creates an incentive, and you have a right to know about it.
- It is not a broker or a platform: it does not take deposits or execute trades.
- It does not give investment advice or buy or sell recommendations.
- It does not manage accounts or trade for you.
- It does not promise profits. Trading leveraged products carries a high risk.
Arco is an independent financial education academy. It is not a broker: it does not take deposits, manage funds, or offer investment advice or trading signals. Accounts are opened directly with HFM. Arco may receive compensation from HFM for the clients it refers.

What everyone asks
Why is it free?
Because Arco is funded as an introducing partner of HFM: if a student decides to open a live account, HFM may compensate Arco. That costs you nothing extra and is never a condition for studying.
Isn't that a conflict of interest?
It can be, which is why we say it up front. Arco has an incentive for you to open a live account; our answer is to always recommend demo first and never rush anyone. It is explained on the page about the relationship with HFM.
Who is HFM?
The broker where you open your account. HF Markets (SV) Ltd is incorporated in St. Vincent & the Grenadines as an International Business Company with registration number 22747 IBC 2015. Arco is an independent academy and is not part of HFM.
Does Arco need a financial license?
No. Arco is a financial education academy, not a financial institution: it does not take funds, operate accounts or advise on investments. Activities that require a license are carried out by the broker.
Can I learn without opening an account with HFM?
Yes. The material is public and you can practice on any platform. We recommend the HFM demo because the program is designed around its platforms.
