Frequently asked questions
What everyone asks
Is it really free?
Yes. It is part of the academy. Arco may receive compensation from HFM if you later decide to open a real account, but that is never a condition for the session and never costs you more.
Who runs the session?
Someone from the Arco team who knows the program and the platforms. Their job is to guide you in your studies, not to give opinions on the market.
Will they tell me what to trade?
No. Arco does not give buy or sell recommendations. In the session we talk about how to study, how to practise and how to measure your risk on demo.
Can I ask for more than one session?
Yes, when you move on to a new module or get stuck on something. Write to us and we'll book another.
Do I need an account beforehand?
No. If you don't have one, we open it together during the session. It is a demo account: virtual money, no deposit.
