Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data Arco (arcofx.com) collects, what it uses it for and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

Data we collect

• Identification and contact details: first name, last name, email address, WhatsApp number and country.
• Your level of trading experience, if you tell us.
• Browsing data: the page you arrived from, the site that referred you and campaign parameters (for example, utm_source), stored in our own cookie for 90 days.

We do not collect financial, asset-related or sensitive data.

What we use your data for

Necessary purposes:

• Giving you access to the academy and contacting you by WhatsApp or email for that purpose.
• Supporting you in opening your demo or live account with HFM, if you decide to.
• Answering your questions about the program.

Additional purposes, which you can object to at any time:

• Sending you educational content and notices of new classes and events.
• Measuring which campaigns and pages work so we can improve the site.

Transfers

We do not sell your data. We store it in our customer management system, run by technology providers who process it only on our behalf. We do not share your data with HFM: if you decide to open an account, you register yourself directly on the HFM website.

Your ARCO rights

You can access your data, rectify it, cancel it or object to its use (ARCO rights: access, rectification, cancellation and objection), and withdraw your consent, by writing to privacidad@arcofx.com with your name, the email you registered with and what you are requesting. We will reply within a maximum of 20 business days.

Cookies

We use our own cookie (arco_attr) to remember how you arrived at the site. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can delete it from your browser settings.

Changes to this notice

We will publish any change on this page, with its update date.
